**Setting:** Lyukóvölgy, a small town near a big city. **Storyline:** The events unfold during winter. The protagonist, a man in his 50s (Gábor Nagypál), is seen in the film's opening scene pushing a bicycle uphill, with a 25-liter water can on each side of the handlebars. Upon returning home, it's revealed that they're preparing to do laundry, and due to the lack of running water and a washing machine, they must wash by hand. With no concrete roads and limited clothing, the family of six must wash their entire wardrobe every 2-3 days due to the mud. The man supports his wife and four children, two of whom are younger, through manual labor. Living in a small, extremely poor house, conflicts among the family members escalate.
