Un chantier signé Janvier follows Marie-Ève Janvier as she embarks on an audacious renovation project: the complete transformation of a cottage, just a few blocks from her family's current home. She'll stop at nothing to convince her husband Jean-François Breau and her children to move in, even though they have no desire to relocate. Alone, but determined to create the ideal home for her family, she enlists the help of contractor Joël Boileau and talented designer Érik Maillé to bring the project to life. Will she be able to change her husband's and children's minds?
