Another one of those films where Bruce Willis appears as a cash grab just to promote his appearance on the movie poster, with a short but steady performance, usually making a small appearance as the head of a gang of antagonists. The film is not bad, despite its failure with the public and critics, but the performances are modest, the script is simplistic, revenge, blood, gunshots, escapes, deaths... "Taking revenge is not only right, it is an absolute duty." Stieg Larsson
When his daughter is brutally murdered and justice seems unlikely, William Duncan takes the law into his own hands, setting out on a quest for revenge. After killing the bandit who was directly responsible for the death, he finds himself in the middle of a war with the bandit's brother, Rory Fetter, and his gang, who are equally committed to revenge. What follows is a tense back-and-forth game of one man's thirst for revenge over the other. William discovers that the quest for revenge always has the same ending.
