It has a gospel vibe, but the dark tone and investigative suspense, with a predictable plot twist (or at least expected, but still enjoyable) make it more interesting, and less religious, despite the masses, Christian words, exaggerations in the radical good vs. evil personalities, with an all-black cast (except for the 3 victims in the opening scene) it presents us with a sincere and captivating work, good dialogues, a good twist, nothing innovative, a beautiful and tragic film, but it wins over and entertains...
After a lifetime of problems, a man has the chance to change things with the love and support of his family. As he tries to do the right thing, he finds himself spiraling back into the dark place he overcame.
