"Orphaned Twins" revolves around the contrasting lives of fraternal twins Tri (Duy Hung) and Tue (Tuan Tu). Separated since infancy, Tue lives with their father and grandfather, while Tri is raised by their mother, Thu (Van Dung), and another man. Fifteen years later, Thu returns Tri to their grandparents and leaves again, reuniting the brothers for the first time.
