Sun Wukong (played by Semyon) is tasked by Guanyin to travel back 500 years to retrieve a tear from Princess Iron Fan (played by Yang Yilun) to restore the power of the Peach Blossom Fan. However, upon his return to the past, Sun Wukong loses his memory and becomes Princess Iron Fan's servant. At this time, the Peach Blossom Fan is held by Bull Demon King (played by Ma Jingjing) and Jade Rabbit (played by Li Yitong). Despite numerous failed attempts to retrieve it, Sun Wukong's courage and determination slowly melt Princess Iron Fan's cold heart. Just as they seem to be making progress, Bull Demon King proposes to Princess Iron Fan. Feeling inadequate, Sun Wukong leaves and decides to pick a Long Life Flower as a wedding gift for the couple. The flower's magic helps Sun Wukong regain his memory.
