Carlos Ferrer, an actor and presenter beloved by the entire country for the past twelve years, finds himself in hot water when he's chosen to give the Carnaval speech in a small Sevillian town. A joke gone wrong leads to a lawsuit for offending religious sentiments, and before he knows it, Carlos is behind bars. In prison, he discovers that stereotypes don't always hold true and that life on the inside isn't as bad as he expected. Inside, Carlos is a celebrity, the inmate everyone wants to take a selfie with.
