"TV Champion" is a Japanese television variety show produced by TV Tokyo. The show pits competitors against each other in a series of challenges, each showcasing a unique talent, with the ultimate goal of crowning one "King" in their respective field. Past episodes have featured talents such as origami, Lego building, and cooking fake food. The show debuted on 16 April 1992, initially airing for one hour, but was later extended to a 90-minute format in 1993. In 2006, the show underwent a format change and returned as "TV Champion 2," airing for one hour.
