Lena's life seems perfect - she's sailing the Volga on her own yacht. She looks down on the people on shore, considering them failures. But sometimes, she needs them, like when her yacht's electricity needs fixing. This is how she meets Dimar, a rugged local man who seems to think he's her equal. Offended, Lena kicks him off her yacht without paying. The next day, she falls overboard and loses her memory, retaining only her aristocratic mannerisms. In the local hospital, Dimar finds her, claims her as his wife, and takes her home to his chaotic household, including three spoiled children.
