Every week, four Quebec personalities are entrusted to a diving coach who teaches them the basics of the sport. In the end, the competitors climb onto the highest diving board at the Olympic Stadium pool to attempt a spectacular dive in front of judges and 300 spectators. The artists' motivation is to raise money for a charity of their choice, while also achieving a remarkable feat.
