Before the advent of the third network, a quintet comprising Arnoldo Foà, Gianni Morandi, Ombretta Colli, Giuseppe Pambieri, and Olimpia Di Nardo established their own network, with a satirical intent. In just one hour, they parodied all television genres, from news broadcasts to soap operas, under the direction of Enzo Trapani.
