However, their plan goes awry when the villain Batroc the Leaper resurfaces with enhanced abilities. Meanwhile, Black Panther hosts Everett K. Ross to discuss security measures ahead of a potential global summit in Wakanda. Their meeting is abruptly interrupted by the menacing Ghost.
