In this mini-drama, we meet Eun Woo, a young Korean doctor working at a hospital in Hanoi. There, Eun Woo meets and falls in love with Thi Vu, the hospital's interpreter. However, due to her sister's past abandonment by a Korean man, Thi Vu's sister strongly disapproves of their relationship, leading to their eventual separation. Eun Woo returns to Korea, only to discover a year later that Thi Vu is now engaged to his older brother.
