Lien (An Miller) and Peter (Ben Segers) seem to have it all: successful careers, two beautiful children, great friends, a lovely home, and a cat. But their love has fizzled out, their sex life is nonexistent, and midlife crises are knocking at the door. Lien decides to separate but struggles with the idea of uprooting their children weekly. So, they choose to stay in the same house, with one sleeping in the basement and the other with the kids. Lien, feeling she's missed out on life, embarks on a personal growth journey, including Tinder and intense kickboxing. Meanwhile, Peter grapples with an identity crisis.
