Yoo Min, a 19-year-old girl, is left to fend for herself and her adopted brother, Kang Pyo, after her mother's passing. She unexpectedly crosses paths with Seung Jae, the younger brother of Min Jae, a doctor who has been treating Kang Pyo's illness. Yoo Min harbors a secret crush on Min Jae. To appease his mother's wishes, Min Jae proposes a marriage contract with Yoo Min, leading them all to reside under the same roof. Unbeknownst to them, Yoo Min and Seung Jae are enrolled in the same high school. Seung Jae develops secret feelings for Yoo Min. Meanwhile, Yoo Min's father, who suffered amnesia from a car accident 15 years ago, begins searching for her, unaware that she was abandoned by two women from a restaurant. The tension escalates when it's revealed that the people living with Min Jae are connected to Yoo Min's abandonment, having stolen her inheritance and left her at the age of four.
