Black Tulip

As everyone's preparing for the local parade, Luuk Vonk, who's obsessed with growing the world’s first black tulip, seems to finally have results. Will he be allowed to enjoy his triumph?

Luuk’s son Joeri returns and makes it his mission to find out what happened to Luuk. Henk’s son Felix and Luuk’s daughter Emma can no longer hide their feelings.

Henk discovers that Luuk managed to breed a black tulip. Emma and Ben can't agree whether they should sell Luuk’s big discovery to the competition.

An even larger void is created by the revelation about Lynn and Martijn's paternity. Martijn tries to get closer to Henk, while struggling with his guilt. Lynn wants to get to know the Vonks better.

The Vonk flower company seems to have been stricken with a mysterious contamination. Emma suspects that Ben is behind it. Lynn is very curious about her biological father.

Newly widowed Marieke bravely organises a dinner for Lynn and Martijn, but things go awry. Ben's getting cocky and looking for new deals. Emma's doing her best to keep the business afloat.

Felix’s daughter Olivia arrives in the Netherlands and turns his world upside down. Emma isn't happy with the subsequent cooling of their relationship and focuses on trying to help her own child.

Lynn feels the need to break with Martijn as he's overloaded with stress. Emma brings a psychiatrist to speak with Jisanne. And how can Emma stop Felix finding out about her deception?

Felix and Henk are convinced that Emma's behind the substitution of the tulip bulb, and they want redress. Emma realises that she must keep her secrets. Marieke uses Jisanne for her own purposes.

While Joeri's with Lynn in Amsterdam, his suspicions are confirmed and he prepares for a confrontation. Felix is trying to drive Vonk Ltd out of business.

Inspector Zoey starts to ask questions about Martijn. Henk gets suspicions of his own. Zoey also visits Joeri. Emma is still hustling to keep Vonk Ltd afloat.

Jisanne’s disappearance has the Vonk family at their wits’ end. The two families join forces to find Jisanne and Martijn, who's suspected of dark deeds. Can Joeri help find them?

Marieke finds a new love interest. Henk’s struggles with grief leave him little energy for work, and Felix becomes frustrated at his father’s lack of input.

When Jisanne’s dreams get worse, Emma and Felix clash over what to do. Ben proposes a risky plan for Kat that will improve his safety. Henk decides to make a pilgrimage.

Kat fears for Ben's life after he's targeted in prison and comes to a far-reaching decision. Lynn becomes more depressed after an attempt to communicate with her brother through Jisanne backfires.

When Samuel mysteriously returns home after a decade, Emma is shaken, and there's a revelation about the identity of Jisanne's father. Kat and Ben’s baby is born.

Jisanne gets to know Samuel better and discovers that he understands about her nightmares. Emma still has feelings for Samuel. Joeri stops taking his pills. Ben's determined to keep Kat out of jail.

Kat can no longer keep her secret to herself. Joeri wants to help Lynn and forces Jisanne to join in. Kat goes into detention. Zoey catches Lynn and Joeri embracing.

Kat tries to hold her own in prison with help from Maaike. Ben tries to get money for a lawyer. Marieke opens her heart to Ben as she knows he distrusts Nick. Joeri's feelings for Lynn tear him apart.

When Emma goes to Bangkok for a company deal, Ben takes charge of the family business and concocts a plan to save Kat. Henk discovers that Lilian and Robert are going against the will.

Marieke and Nick get married. Joeri lets Lynn stay in his room, but Emma almost catches them. Jisanne runs off, and Samuel tries to help her.

Robert and Lilian's secret plan leaves Henk feeling betrayed. Emma decides that Jisanne is better off with Samuel and Jolanda. Kat's hopes are dashed.

With Samuel's help, Jisanne dares to enter her dream, but disaster awaits. Lynn tries to escape from Joeri with Martijn's help. Ben and Kat make the biggest decision of their lives.
