To combat a surge in violent crimes, the police chief tasks suspended detective Oh Goo Tak (Kim Sang Joong) with forming a special unit. Despite his suspension due to excessive force, Oh recruits a team of criminals: gangster Park Woong Cul (Ma Dong Seok), brilliant serial killer Lee Jung Moon (Park Hae Jin), and hired assassin Jung Tae Soo (Jo Dong Hyuk). Also joining is Inspector Yoo Mi Yang (Kang Ye Won). Can this team of criminal masterminds help curb the crime wave, or will Detective Oh's plan backfire?
