家在洹上

Original title

**Introduction** In the 1940s, during Japan's occupation of Anyang, villagers from Shangguan Village unearthed a pair of bronze vessels known as "ding" (which they referred to as "high-caliber guns"). Archaeologist Huang Yiyui, who had conducted extensive research on the Yin Ruins, traced the location of Wu Ding's tomb through oracle bone inscriptions. Accompanied by his students Li Guoqiao and Qin Xueping under the guise of fieldwork, Yiyui arrived in Shangguan Village to search for Wu Ding's tomb. Qin Xueping, a student in the archaeology department and daughter of the wealthy antique dealer Qin Xuchuan, also came to the village after hearing about the discovery. The Japanese military commander in Anyang, Yamada Yoshihiro, a former classmate of Qin Xuchuan at Tokyo Imperial University, joined the fray upon his arrival, eager to seize China's precious ancient artifacts. **The Story Unfolds** Following the event involving the pair of ding, a land deed led to the discovery of another bronze vessel, the "Si Mu Fu" (now known as the "Hou Mu Fu Ding"), in the fields. Under the watchful eyes of the Japanese invaders, Qin Xuchuan, Huang Yiyui, and others successfully transported the vessel up Mount Taihang. **Conclusion** The story of these ancient artifacts and the people involved in their discovery and protection is a testament to the resilience and determination of those who sought to preserve China's cultural heritage amidst the turmoil of war and occupation.
