Tobi, a charming blonde boy, lives a happy and normal life until one day, inexplicably, he grows wings on his back, giving him an angelic appearance. Medical research at the Molecular Biology Institute yields no results. Tobi's father advocates for surgery to remove the wings, hoping Tobi can be like other children.
