Canadian scientists discover a valuable substance called Compound X, capable of curing polio. When a warring nation against Canada learns that Compound X also possesses magnetic properties that could aid them in their war against the British, they dispatch agents to infiltrate Canada and steal a large quantity of the substance. It's up to Sergeant King and his police force to track down the agents and thwart their plan.
