Phoebe and Max Thunderman, twin siblings with superpowers, are enjoying their new life as heroes in an unfamiliar city. However, a botched rescue mission sends the Thunderman family back to their hometown of Hiddenville. While Hank and Barb relish their return, Chloe makes new friends, and Billy and Nora start their normal high school life, Max and Phoebe are resolved to reclaim their status as superheroes.
