Ozzy, a lovable and peaceful beagle raised in luxury by the Martin family, faces a sudden change in his idyllic life. When his family can't take him on a long trip, they leave him at what they believe is the finest dog resort, Blue Creek. However, the perfect facade hides a sinister truth: Blue Creek is actually a prison for dogs, run by a villainous owner. Ozzy soon finds himself among tough street dogs, where survival is the law. To return home safely, he must navigate danger, find inner strength, and rely on new friends: Chester, Fronky, and Doc.
