Ana and Marcos meet at a Madrid circus. Ana's job involves shooting moving targets with a rifle while riding a horse. Marcos is a journalist writing a feature for a Sunday supplement. Love at first sight sparks between them, and they even dream of a future together, traveling across Europe. However, while Marcos is in Barcelona for work, Ana is brutally raped by three mechanics, leaving her near death. Her sole obsession then becomes revenge.
