In a parallel scenario to the film's events, it's assumed that America has become a developing country, while Egypt has risen to a superpower status. In this context, a young American man (Bassem Samra) struggles to achieve his dream of emigrating to the Great Republic of Egypt. However, the excessive bureaucracy he encounters seems to be an insurmountable hurdle in his journey.
