A naive kung-fu student, Lung Ti, falls under the sway of a corrupt master. He soon discovers that his master intends to dominate the martial arts world by stealing a legendary book that grants its owner extraordinary powers. To achieve this, the master will stop at nothing, including murder. Lung Ti, with the help of a sympathetic female fighter and an enigmatic drunk, must lead a rival kung-fu sect in a deadly tournament against his master and his kung-fu stablemates to prevent the book from falling into the wrong hands.
