A middle-aged woman is hospitalized in a coma. Yeon-hee, seeking a heart for her daughter who has a critical heart disease, begs Whee-do, the woman's gangster son, to help, offering a large sum of money. However, as the reasons behind Whee-do's coma are revealed, Yeon-hee, desperate, aligns with dangerous people.
