Kurono continues to battle aliens by night, following the orders of Gantz, a mysterious black sphere, and is close to reviving his friend Kato. Balancing his double life, Kurono maintains his normal routine and spends time with his new girlfriend, Tae. Meanwhile, pop star Eriko is secretly tasked by Gantz with assassinations, and policeman Shigeta inches closer to uncovering the truth about their missions. As the dangers escalate, Kurono learns that the end of Gantz is approaching fast.
