Detective Sam Morgan is hired by Barbara Hallen's father to find his missing model daughter in Paris. Morgan's trail leads him to Dr. Flamand's plastic surgery clinic. As Morgan investigates, he uncovers the horrifying secret behind the doctor's miraculous cures: he's using blood and organs harvested from kidnapped young women. As Morgan's investigation heats up, witnesses start dropping, each in a more gruesome manner than the last.
