Dominick and Eugene
"Dominick and Eugene are twin brothers, but Dominick has a lower IQ due to an accident in his youth. They live together, with Dominick working as a garbage man to fund Eugene's medical school education. Their bond is tested when Eugene must choose between staying with his brother or pursuing further training elsewhere. The situation becomes more complicated with the influence of Dominick's colleague and Eugene's blossoming romance."
