A family's unity is shattered when one son takes the fall for his father, who's been convicted for drug trafficking and sentenced to prison. Simultaneously, the other son ties the knot with a woman whose fiery temper extends to abusing her mother-in-law. Desperate for escape, the mother-in-law finds solace and employment as a maid at a local hospital.
