In a small, post-communist town, 12-year-old Iwo resides near the Black Mill, a once-thriving workplace now reduced to ruins. Despite vowing not to, Iwo and his friends venture into the mill, unwittingly releasing its dark powers. The town begins to change, with people and objects vanishing without a trace.
