Cris and Elia, a couple trying to have a child, appear to have a nearly perfect love story. Their relationship, however, harbors underlying tension, past issues, control, fears, and a persistent foul smell emanating from the attic, which Cris is forbidden to enter. After a heated argument, Cris defies their partner and enters the forbidden attic, disregarding their warnings.
