A group of friends attempts a ritual to communicate with the spirit world, but the experiment goes awry when an actual spirit manifests. One by one, the friends fall victim to the vengeful entity. Unaffected by the spirit, one of the group's members, aided by his sister and an occult-savvy friend, investigates the ghost's origins. They discover that the spirit is targeting individuals from a village where 66 people perished in the past. Desperate to appease the restless spirit, they race against time to find a solution.
