As a single father, Ahong works tirelessly, juggling early and late shifts to keep his family together. In his absence, his only son, Xiaojie, navigates life alone. Just before school starts, Xiaojie accidentally damages his shoes, feeling guilty, he tries to repair them. Meanwhile, Ahong strives to fulfill his parental duty, aiming to secure a new pair of shoes for Xiaojie before the school year begins. Will they both find a pair of "satisfying" shoes?
