"Sipelga 14" was an 8-episode comedy series aired on Kanal 2 in 2007. It was a revamp of the earlier series "Wremya". The series was written by Andrus Kivirähk and Mart Juur.
The story unfolds in a house at 14 Sipelga Street, located near Önne Street (a nod to the TV series "Önne 13"). Among its residents are Estonia's first cosmonaut, Jaan Zorro (Jan Uuspõld), a chronic alcoholic named Uno Nisu (Dan Põldroos), a hairdresser named Mart (Meelis Adamson), and the eccentric duo Pets and Aiku.
