Connected

"Connected" is an Israeli daily docu-reality series where participants, men in "Connected Men" or women in "Connected Women", or both in the fifth season titled "Connected +", document their own lives. Each season follows 5 or 6 participants who independently record their lives without the intervention of a film crew. Each participant receives a video camera and guidance on how to document and capture their daily routine. Over time, the participants become cinematographers and directors, shaping their own stories through the camera. Thousands of hours of footage are edited by the series' directors and producers into 35 episodes of 22 minutes each. The format of the show has been sold to production companies and broadcasting channels in over 17 countries, including Denmark, France, Ireland, India, Norway, and Finland.
