In this television film set amidst construction workers on a large building site, the demanding work of transporting stone from a quarry toughens not only their hands but also their hearts. Particularly intriguing is the relationship between the best driver, the tough and robust Tony, and his small, timid assistant, Šprcko. An unexplained affection, an unmotivated protection of the weak, drives the narrative towards a crisis within the drivers' community.
