Scott Rechsteiner, better known by his ring name Scott Steiner, is an American professional wrestler best known for his explosive singles run as “Big Poppa Pump” and his earlier success as one-half of the Steiner Brothers alongside his brother Rick. He rose to prominence in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), where he transitioned from tag team standout to main-event singles star and later became a key member of the New World Order (nWo).
Following WCW’s collapse, Steiner continued wrestling at a high level across the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), later renamed World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in 2002, and World Wrestling All-Stars (WWA) before becoming a featured veteran presence in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where he captured the TNA World Tag Team Championship and remained a prominent on-screen personality during the promotion’s formative years.
