Josephine Decker é uma atriz, cineasta e artista de performance americana. Até 2020, ela já dirigiu quatro longas-metragens: o experimental psicológico thriller Butter on the Latch (2013), o experimental erótico thriller Thou Wast Mild and Lovely (2014), o experimental drama Madeline's Madeline (2018) e o semi-biográfico thriller Shirley (2020). Decker também co-dirigiu o documentário Bi the Way (2008) com Brittany Blockman.
